The project consisted in offering site management assistance to extensively renovate and raise an existing house in California.
The project focused heavily on the use of BIM to assist with both planning and budgeting the renovation job. The main focuses were on framing adjustments and lists of materials, electrical, gas, staircase and railing design, as well as front and rear yards, as well as the connection to the street.

The work focused primarily on material quantities, electrical, plumbing, and detailing, along with permits for gas and electrical work.
The wooden structure was estimated, along with new proposals for MEP. Most of the detailing work focused on the exterior staircase, decorative columns and driveway.
The house initially had an above ground basement, which was raised and converted into a proper ground floor.
