Project workflow

1.Pre-Design

We have a call and create the project brief. We analyze your requirements and the current situation to propose the best solution.

2.Schematic Design

We focus on the look and feel of the project through drawings and 3D images to develop the solution. We work directly with you to develop and tailor the project to your needs.

3.Design Development

We start working on the technical package that will be used to implement the project. We coordinate with all required parties to make sure implementation will go smoothly.

4.Construction Drawings

In this final step, you will receive the complete documentation necessary to implement your vision. A full set of drawings along with 3D models and images is submitted.

How we work:

The project methodology has been developed around integrating the client and their requirements into the process, as well as being adaptable to multiple locations.

  • Before onboarding, a new client we have a 30-60 mins call to discuss the site and the scope of work, as well as answer any questions about the project or collaboration.

  • Following the call, you will receive a complete project brief that will contain all the phases of the project, their contents, pricing, and a general timeframe. Once the brief has been accepted, we can begin the onboarding process.

  • Every project is managed from its own Notion board. This contains all the updates, information, and communication tools. The client has access to the board and can oversee the project more efficiently.

  • We keep in touch via video calls and using asynchronous video messaging, to better explain the process and ensure that the process moves smoothly and effciently.

  • We liaison and collaborate with any and all third parties involved in the project, from engineers to builders and local planning authorities.

  • We rely on strong collaboration, particularly in the earlier phases, with more emphasis placed on communication, to deliver the best results. This process sees the client becoming part of the project.
