How it works
1. Pick a Wednesday slot
Free, online, 45 minutes. Choose a time that works for you from the available Wednesday slots.
2. Show up
Bring your question. Nothing else is required. If you want to send background information or drawings ahead of time, you can — but you don't have to.
3. Walk away with clarity
A direct answer to what you came with, an honest read on what your project would realistically require, and concrete next steps — whether that is finding land, briefing an architect, checking a permit path, or something else entirely.
What happens after you book
1. You will receive a calendar confirmation immediately.
Your slot is held automatically the moment you complete the booking.
2. Within 24 hours, we will confirm your session by email.
We may also follow up with a short request for any additional context that would make the conversation more useful — a link to the property, a rough site sketch, or a note on what you have been considering.
3. The day before your session, we will send a short prep note.
A brief message confirming what we plan to cover, so the 45 minutes are focused from the first moment.
4. If anything changes, you can reschedule directly.
