Office Hours is a 45-minute working session focused on a specific question your project is facing. It works at any stage of the process, including stages you might not think of as architectural.
Sessions are remote by default. If you are based in Bucharest, in-person is also available
Office Hours is right for you if:
You are evaluating land or a property and want an architect's read before making an offer
You have a design or layout question you need answered before committing to a direction
You are planning a build in the USVI, Romania, or on the US or European coast and want to understand the process
You have hit a permitting or regulatory question and need a clear answer
You are not ready to start a full project but want to understand what it would take
How it works
1. Pick a date and time
Choose a slot that works for you. Virtual or in person.
2. Show up
Bring your question. Nothing else is required.
3. Walk away with clarity
A direct answer to the question you came with, an honest assessment of what your project would realistically require, and a set of concrete next steps — whether that is finding land, briefing an architect, or understanding a permit process..
