Through my firm I have taken projects and clients through design, permitting, and construction in the US (Florida, US Virgin Islands, California) and Europe (Romania). Budgets range between 100K and 3M, with most of them being custom homes. I also bring managerial experience to the table, being the director of the EU branch of an international design practice specializing in large-scale residential projects.

In my 8 years of experience, I've worked with the IRC and IBC, and have worked for firms in New York and Canada. I have designed buildings in concrete and timber frames, as well as for hurricane and seismic zones. Before starting my practice I have also worked on military, industrial, and medical projects. I have also been featured in Homes & Gardens, Materials Market and GoBankingRates.

I approach all my projects as a custom design primarily, irrespective of budget. I don’t adapt previous designs, as they never fit the requirements of someone else. With this approach, I also put great care into fostering a good relationship with the client.
