Andrei Vasilief - Principal Architect | Founder

Over the past five years, I've taken 20+ residential projects through design, permitting, and construction — from hurricane-zone villas in the US Virgin Islands to concrete-frame homes in California and timber builds in British Columbia. Budgets range from $100K to $3M.

I work with developers, contractors, and homeowners across the US, Canada, and Europe. The focus is custom residential: schematic design through permit-ready construction documents, in Archicad and BIM. Full CD sets built for submission, not just pretty drawings.

Jurisdictions: USVI, Florida, Mississippi, Ohio, California, British Columbia, Montreal, Romania, and Croatia. IRC and IBC across multiple states and provinces, including seismic and hurricane zones.

I have been featured in Homes & Gardens, Materials Market, and GoBankingRates.
