41’ x 20’ 4 car garage architectural construction plans, complete with material lists and 3D models.
Simple 4-car garage design with a pitched roof, with separate entrances for each car. Additional access is provided on each side of the buildings. Uses a simple wooden frame for construction.
The plan set contains everything to get you started, from floor plans to elevations, sections, and construction information, as well as a material list. It presumes that you have previous knowledge of how wooden frame buildings come together, as the drawings are technical in nature. Most importantly, material lists are also included, so you can price the project from the start. This ensures that you are buying a design that is ready-to-build rather than a schematic that requires further work.
