10' x 8' small private cabin architectural construction plans, complete with material lists and 3D models.
Small backyard cabin that can act as a private space or tiny office, adjacent to an existing home or property. Can fit a desk and chair for a single person. The cabin is designed with generous windows to allow as much light as possible. Access is done through a frontal sliding glazed door.
The plan set contains everything to get you started, from floor plans to elevations, sections, and construction information, as well as a material list. It presumes that you have previous knowledge of how wooden frame buildings come together, as the drawings are technical in nature. Most importantly, material lists are also included, so you can price the project from the start. This ensures that you are buying a design that is ready-to-build rather than a schematic that requires further work.
