Interior and exterior renovation of a Victorian worker’s cottage in Dublin.

The client had purchased the building which required a complete renovation and had also extended it to the rear of the property with additional rooms. The original cottage acted as an open space living room and main entrance, while the new addition contained the other rooms.

The project was two-fold. Firstly, the interior of the cottage was renovated. preserving the open space and fireplace, while adding new elements such as the lighting design. Secondly, the exterior is restored and a new contemporary entrance is added, which is the main entrance to the house.
