Cabin House 3.1 is a larger 2 bedroom design in the Cabin House collection, that follows the principle of creating a comfortable and intimate design in the smallest footprint possible. To achieve this, the bedrooms are not grouped together, but at either end of the house, with the open plan living room being sandwiched in between. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, which creates a master suite. One can accommodate a shower and the other can accommodate a bathtub. The living room is larger to accommodate the 2 bedrooms.

The living room and standard bedroom have windows on 2 sides, with the master bedroom having a window on 1 side, with ample amounts of light entering at all times. The plan set contains everything to get you started, from floor plans to elevations, sections, and construction information, as well as a material list. It presumes that you have previous knowledge of how wooden frame buildings come together, as the drawings are technical in nature. Most importantly, material lists are also included, so you can price the project from the start. This ensures that you are buying a design that is ready-to-build rather than a schematic that requires further work.

• Ground floor only, 2 bedrooms (one of them being a master suite with a private bathroom), able to accommodate Queen size bed and wardrobe. 1 general bathroom, with single vanity and shower

• Open plan living room with single galley, in addition to which an island or dining area can be also installed (island placed by default)

• Master bedroom suite with private bathroom able to accommodate a tub, single vanity and

• Structure: Wooden frame, slab on grade foundation

• The plans are designed according to the 2021 International Residential Code. The set contains the PDF printable files, the DWG editable files (AutoCAD 2004) as well as an architectural and structural model in Sketchup SKP format (2019). • Interior and exterior materials, finishes, and color selection: Some of them are suggested in the drawings, but you can always change and choose something else.

• Plumbing fixtures selection.

• Lighting fixtures selection: Again, some are suggested, but they can always be changed.

• Mechanical systems (heating, cooling, ventilation): A fireplace is designed along with a hood for the range.
