Connecting the ensemble is the terrace, which contains the pool, and all the technical spaces nested below. Finally, the road offers an amazing view of the approach as the car nears the house.

The volume is shaped based on the landscape, with 2 floors above ground and one built into the slope. From the main entrance, the top floor is offset from the edge, with an oversized roof.

This results in a top floor wrap-around terrace with excellent views of the landscape.

The second floor houses a lounge, the ground floor has the living room and kitchen, and the bottom floor has the bedrooms and technical spaces.
